While we are excited to open our doors and take care of our Gems, we are still taking precautions since COVID-19 is still prevalent. During this transition period, we ask that bring only your beautiful self to your appointment, wear a mask, and wash your hands prior to the services.
If you are someone that has been in contact with someone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, please let us know so that we can reschedule your appointment. We will also be completing temperature checks upon entering the salon. If your temperature is above 100.4, we'll have to ask to reschedule.
We understand that everyone has to do their part. You can count on us that our employees will be wearing masks, completing temperature checks, washing their hands, and sanitizing stations frequently.

Do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours after your appointment.
We're big believers in beauty sleep, just sleep on your side or your back to avoid damaging lashes. For added protection, use the Borby Sleep Mask.
Keep extensions fluffy and separated by brushing daily with one of our lash wands.
After your treatment, instantly cool, calm, and refresh those tired eyes with Cooldown Calming Eye Masks. Do not participate in activities that may cause sweat to go in your eyes, such as working out, saunas, or hot yoga for 48 hours.
Put down the mascara! It can damage and clump lash extensions. The best part is you don't need it anymore!
TAKE IT OFF
At the end of each day, use a lash-safe makeup remover, like Breakdown Oil-Free Makeup Remover.
Resist the urge to pick or pull at your extensions. They won't last long if you do (and it's bad for your natural lashes too.)
GET YOUR FILLS
To keep your lashes looking full, schedule fills for every two to three weeks.
After taking off your makeup, cleanse and nourish your lashes and eye area with Lash Bath Gel Cleanser or Lash Bath Foam Cleanser and the Clean Swoop Brush.
Guarantee and Policies
Our lash extensions are guaranteed for up to 3 weeks. Due to natural lash shedding and other factors, any fills scheduled beyond 3 weeks will be an additional charge or charged for a full set.
Unfortunately there are too many variables that can damage lashes once you leave the salon. As such, there will be no refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us. If a retail product malfunctions it may be exchanged for another functioning product of the same value.
If you're over 15 minutes late to your appointment this will be considered a
No-Show and charged a Cancellation Fee.
If you fail to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment
this will result to a cancellation fee.
Our cancellation fee is $50 for any lash service and $25 for all other services.
We will ask for a card on file to book any appointments.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We hold the right to refuse service for any reason
LOST AND FOUND
Will be disposed of within 14 days if not reclaimed by rightful owner.
